Q Do I have to pay anything for a machine?
A No there is no cost to you at all. We supply the machines and stock and install free of charge.

Q How do I get paid?
A We pay you an agreed percentage of the takings at the time the machine is emptied. Normally machines are emptied once a month.

Q Am I tied to a fixed period contract?
A No you can give 24 hours notice to terminate.

Q What happens if a machine jams or fails to pay out?
A This happens very rarely but if it does you can refund the customer and we will refund you. If the fault is reported before 10am we will try and refund you within 48 hours, excluding weekends.

Q Can I request a change of machine or stock?
A Yes, however we do alternate the stock according to demand and popularity.

Q What if the stock runs out?
A We regularly refill our machines to prevent this from happening but in the event your machine does run low on stock give us a ring to arrange for one of our technicians to visit your site to restock.
